A shorter delivery time for the prototype was demanded in order to move quickly from the completion of the prototype to mass production.
To streamline the development cycle and quickly shift to mass production, Tecdia needed to find a way to obtain the necessary materials as quickly as possible. Tecdia found that it could deliver the circuit board that would be incorporated into the product at the prototype stage in 2 to 3 weeks. This allowed Tecdia to reduce the time it took to shift to mass production while repeating prototypes.
