Varactor White Paper

Anritsu Corporation, in partnership with Tecdia, has released a white paper titled “Broadband Device Modeling and Q Calculations of Barium Strontium Titanate (BST) Varactors”.  

The paper provides valuable insights on the measurement and modeling of Q factor at high frequencies for dielectric varactors which are voltage-controlled variable capacitors commonly used in RF circuits.

The paper is a must-read for engineers and researchers who are interested in understanding the performance of dielectric varactors at MM wave frequencies.  

The paper is authored by Tom Roberts, Service Infrastructure Solutions US Division Test & Measurement Company and Daniel Young, Director of Technology NPI.
